User Data Deletion Instructions
Users may request deletion of their personal data associated with Flow Legends at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
Please send an email with the subject:
“Data Deletion Request”
Include:
- Your name
- Email used with the service
- Connected Facebook or Instagram account (if applicable)
What Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will delete:
- User profile data
- Connected social media account identifiers
- Stored access tokens
- Any associated publishing or scheduling records
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
Confirmation
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
