Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- API downtime or changes by Meta
- Account restrictions imposed by Facebook or Instagram
- Content posted through user authorization
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (ROC).
