I edited the YouTube feature Why Nepotism is Quietly Killing the Economy for client 2 and 20, turning interview and script footage into a coherent, audience-facing piece. The brief required a measured tone to present complex economic ideas, so the edit focused on clear sequencing and visual support for key points.
My contributions included selecting and integrating archival and stock clips to illustrate arguments, creating and placing SFX to punctuate transitions, and refining the sound design so dialogue remained intelligible against a musical bed. Attention to pacing and cut timing kept the narrative momentum while preserving the episode’s explanatory detail.
Final delivery included export masters optimized for YouTube. The video has since accumulated over 255,000 views with strong engagement (7,908 likes and 538 comments), which provided useful context for the edit’s reach and audience response.
